How much does shipping cost?

We ship anywhere in the World using DHL Express. Costs are based on weight and volume and will vary from order to order.

When do you ship my products and how long does it take to arrive?

Orders are shipped (within 3-5 business days) and will arrive between 4-8 working days depending on service. If you haven't received your box by the expected arrival time, we suggest you to wait until 2 weeks before submitting any inquiries.

What countries do you currently ship to?

We ship with DHL Express worldwide to over 220 countries! No matter where you’re located, we can get some KiwiMart to you!

I need to update or change my shipping address and details.

Please get in touch with our support team immediately before the box has been shipped. We typically ship boxes out between 1-3 working days so please let us immediately if you notice an error. 

Future orders: If you need to update your shipping address or delivery details, simply login into your account and update your information by clicking edit on the shipping information tab, before placing your order.

Can you provide tracking information?

Yes all orders come with tracking. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipment notification with the tracking details for your order.

What can I do if my box is damaged or missing an item?

In the situation where you find your box turned up damaged or missing items, please get in touch with our customer support team as soon as possible and we will be happy to resolve your inquiry. In the case of damages we require a photo of the items sent to our support team with your order details. Any damage validity will be at the discretion of our support team. Any box or product packaging damage will not qualify for replacement if the contents are undamaged. Please note: Any damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving your snack box. Any missing items confirmed by the support agent will dispatched in the next round of shipments. If we do not have the missing goods in stock your account will be credited for the goods missing.

I entered the wrong address information and never received my order.

From time to time this can unfortunately happen when an address is either incomplete or has been incorrectly entered on the buyer’s side. If your box is returned to us due to a mailing mistake on the customer’s end, we will ask you to pay for the cost to reship. If your box is not returned to us we cannot reship. Although if our team has made the error we will ensure at no further cost to you either a new or re-shipped box.


Can you get other products not listed on the website?

Yes, contact our team at lovefromnz@kiwigrubbox.com with the product you want, and if it is available we will be able to provide it in a custom order.

Can you provide bulk orders?

Yes, contact our support team with your inquiry and include product names, volumes and a delivery address and our team we will be able to quote an order.
