Can you ship New Zealand food to my country during COVID-19?

Yes, DHL is still operating in 220 countries. In some rare cases there may be some delays on normal shipping times.

When are my products shipped and how long does it take?

Orders are shipped within 5 working days after your order is placed. You will receive and email confirmation with tracking when we ship you KiwiMart snack box from our facilities in Christchurch, New Zealand. Our shipping is expected to arrive on your doorstep within 1-2 weeks after the shipping date depending on where you are located.

Is tracking provided?

Yes, we ship all orders on DHL Courier Express Shipping. This comes with tracking. Once your order is shipped and confirmed you will receive an email confirmation of shipment with tracking details.

Orders are shipped within 5 working days and will arrive between 4-8 working days.

Why is my box taking longer than expected?

Sometimes due to things such as Public Holidays, Customs delays or Local postal delays among other things can at times cause slight delays.

Note: We often send orders out between 1-3 working days so please let us know immediately as reversing a shipment once in transit isn't possible.

What can I do if my box is damaged or missing an item?

In the situation where you find your box turned up damaged or missing items, please get in touch with our customer support team as soon as possible and we will be happy to resolve your inquiry. In the case of damages we require a photo of the items sent to our support team with your order details. Any damage validity will be at the discretion of our support team. Any box or product packaging damage will not qualify for replacement if the contents are undamaged. Please note: Any damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving your snack box. Any missing items confirmed by the support agent will dispatched in the next round of shipments. If we do not have the missing goods in stock your account will be credited for the goods missing.
